What can I say; the Mad Decent team put on one hell of a show. Situated nearby the CN Tower on the historic Fork York grounds, the annual Mad Decent Block Party was loud and the Toronto crowd was proud and rocked along to the range of hits of their own and of other celebrated artists. It was the second EDM show I’ve been too, and definitely one of the craziest concerts I’ve been luck enough to go to. Major Lazer was even more insane than I imagined they’d be, and I was so amped when they brought a little Soca and Dancehall into the mix. Needless to say I am ready to get my tickets for next year + I’m pretty sure my cousin Katie agrees.
If you were there, you will laugh with me in reminiscing the mass exodus up that steep, slippery hill that lead to a busy 4 lane street – I wish my camera wasn’t dead or I’d have recorded that, too of course.
